Minimalist Trailers

Minimalist trailers offer a comfy bed and practical work space. Great for artist residencies or elevated camping. These varied units have electricity and heat. Guests staying in these accommodations are welcome to use any of our three heated, private/public bathroom & showers in the nearby pavilion and the full size fridge and cooking areas in our outdoor communal kitchen.

We welcome your furry friends in all of our vintage trailers with a one-time pet fee.

THE CHAMPION

The Champion is a 1968 Ford motorhome converted to a music-centered studio by Samuel Farrell of Curly Cassettes. This unit accommodates up to two guests and features a full-sized bed and a half-sized piano. Residents are encouraged to bring their own microphones, instruments, recording devices, and laptops. Please credit ‘Sou’wester Artist Residency/ Curly Cassettes/ the Champion Mobile Unit’ if you release any of these recordings.

FELICITY

Felicity is one of our newest minimalist trailers, designed as a spacious and serene retreat. With warm birch paneling, wellness-inspired details, and room to stretch, create, or meditate, it offers a simple and restorative place to land. Guests staying in Felicity have access to the nearby communal outdoor kitchen and bathrooms/showers.

Rosemary is a vintage Aloha that has been reimagined as a minimalist workspace with a cozy bed. Warm wood welcomes you into a simple stay with fewer distractions. Guests staying in Rosemary will enjoy her proximity to our communal outdoor kitchen and public/private bathroom/showers in the nearby pavilion.
