Wave of the Future Preschool + Sou’wester Artists In Residence

Short, joyful artist visits that spark curiosity and creative thinking

We invite visiting artists from the Sou’wester Artist Residency Program to share their creative practice with preschoolers. Sometimes this means an artist coming into the classroom to showcase their work or process. Other times, children may take a short walk to visit the artist’s studio. These moments invite children to meet a working artist, see real tools and materials, and even create together.
