POLICIES

Front Desk Hours: The Front Desk is open from 9a-9p every day. We can be reached 24/7 for anything urgent at 360-642-2542 or by SMS during business hours at 360-873-5060.

Pets: We welcome dogs and cats in our vintage trailers, cabins, and RV/campsites, following our standard pet fee and protocols. However, pets are not permitted in the lodge or lodge suites. The pet fee is $30 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet. We kindly ask that you bring blankets to cover bedding and furniture and refrain from leaving your pet unattended/unsecured in your accommodation at any time. As required by Washington State Law, all dogs must be on a leash, and we trust you to manage your pet responsibly during your stay.

Cancellations: We ask for 72 hr. notice to avoid a charge equaling the 1st night of your scheduled booking. If you must cancel your reservation closer to your date due to an official severe storm or weather warning, you will be charged for your stay and issued a gift certificate to come at a later date. Please note, no refunds or gift cards will be issued if you are canceling because of weather preference (rain or otherwise).

Damages: We reserve the right to charge you for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including cleaning fees. Please let us know if something has broken during your stay or you have noticed something that requires our attention. We have designated towels for dogs and/or clean-up from outdoor recreation available on the lodge porch. Please do not use white bath towels for those purposes. 

Keys:  Our unique spaces come with distinctive keys that are often old and difficult to replace. A $25 fee applies to lost keys. If you accidentally take one home, please mail it back in an envelope. The shipping note on the key tag is intended for those who find a lost key, not for returning keys taken by mistake.

Quiet Hours: In order to respect our neighbors and fellow guests, quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am.

Alcohol: We sell beer and wine for you to enjoy in your rooms or immediate outdoor vicinity. Per Washington State Law, open containers are not allowed in public areas. If you would like to rent an area for a group gathering with alcohol present, please contact us for information.

Smoking: No smoking in our spaces (cigarettes or otherwise).

Cars & Parking: We can accommodate one vehicle per party. Overflow parking available upon request.

Check in/out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 7 PM. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us in advance. Check-out is by 11 AM. We offer a limited number of early check-ins (starting at 2 PM) and late check-outs (until 1 PM), which can be arranged through the front desk.

Commercial Photography/Videography: Please email souwestertv@gmail.com to discuss permission for any commercial photography or videography. Please include a description of the project, budget, perceived needs, and desired times and locations.
